Online Yoga Master Class (French)

Every Monday between 6pm to 7:30pm for a 4 week period with Dipa Trivedi.
The sessions will be focusing on mastering the basic yoga postures such as warriors, forward bends (using props), side angle, balances, shoulders-stand. Each sequence of yoga will be carefully prepared to increase flexibility in one area each week, for example hip openers or forward bends. We will also focus on breathing techniques and alignment through each sequence. The sessions will be a dynamic flow of poses using breathing to further open the body. It will be followed by restorative poses and relaxation/meditation. The class is a smaller group to allow for continuous manual adjustment and personal focus from me throughout the class.
Dipa has over 10 years of experience teaching and practicing both yoga (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Restorative and breathwork) and Pilates. She is also studying Osteopathy and has an excellent knowledge of anatomy and muscular function. She uses this knowledge to better design her classes and improve the alignment of the yogis.
