DELIVERY AND RETURNS

United Kingdom

Delivery to any address within the UK is priced at a flat rate of £6.50. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of purchase and will arrive to your UK address within 1-3 business days. Occasionally, due to situations beyond our control, some orders may take longer. 

European countries

All orders to European addresses are either sent with the Royal Mail or UPS Standard Shipping (6-7 business days) at a flat rate of £15.

Shipments outside the EU:

All products are sent via Express at a flat rate of £15. Items that are in stock will be sent out and received within 1-3 working days, however it may take longer depending on Customs.

Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. 
Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Our Returns Policy:

If for any reason you wish to return an item you may do so within 7 days from the date of receipt for a full refund (less postage costs), as long as it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact. Goods must be unused.

Returns may also be sent back via alternate methods, however we recommend using an insured traceable method.

We recommend making a note of your return shipping tracking number in order to track the progress of your return shipment.

After we have received your return request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used. We aim to process returns the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we'll be happy to replace it for you.

If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact customer services before returning it. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.
