This workshop will teach you how to break up the day with movement through quick exercises. It will provide you with a priceless toolkit that you can subsequently integrate into your lifestyle. You will learn how to sit properly on any chair, as well as simple desk exercises and breathing techniques to help reduce stress and panic.
The workshop is 60 minutes long, and all you will need is a chair and camera device (computer / tablet / phone). You will also receive a PDF of exercises covered and a video link recording after the webinar.
